How do I get the book after I buy?
After checkout (which runs through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor), your PDF download link arrives by email within seconds. Save the PDF to your computer or phone — that file is yours forever.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, via our secure Lemon Squeezy checkout. We never see your card details.
Can I print my pages more than once?
Yes. The PDF is yours. Print pages as many times as you want, for yourself and your immediate family. Please don't resell, redistribute, or share the file publicly.
Can I gift a La Mammo book?
Yes. Buy the book, save the PDF, then email it to your recipient or print it and pop it in a card. The download is yours, so it's yours to share with the person you're gifting it to.
Printing
My printed pages are cut off at the edges. Help!
That's your printer's default margins. In your print settings:
- Tick "Scale to Fit" or "Fit to Printable Area"
- That scales the 8.5"x8.5" page slightly to fit your printer's printable boundary without cropping.
What paper should I use?
Depends on your coloring tool:
- Pencils & crayons: standard copy paper (80–90gsm) works fine. Cardstock feels more premium.
- Markers, fineliners, gel pens: heavier cardstock (120–150gsm) stops feathering and crinkling.
- Watercolors: mixed-media or watercolor paper (200gsm+). Check your printer can handle thick paper first.
How do I stop markers bleeding through?
Our books are single-sided, so only one illustration per page. Even so, heavy markers (like Copics or Ohuhu) can bleed. Slip a piece of scrap paper underneath the page you're coloring as a backing sheet.
Can I color digitally on my iPad?
Yes. Import the PDF into Procreate, Adobe Fresco, or Sketchbook. Set the line-art layer's blend mode to "Multiply," add a new layer underneath, and color away. Zero paper bleed.
Refunds & help
What's your refund policy?
Because our books are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the PDF has been delivered.
If something went wrong (you didn't receive the file, the download is broken, or the file is corrupted), send us a message via our contact form within 14 days of purchase and we'll sort you out: resend the file, fix the issue, or refund you, whichever fits.

I bought a book and didn't get an email.
Check your spam folder for an email from Lemon Squeezy with the subject "Your La Mammo order." If it's not there, send us a message via our contact form with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it within 24 hours.
I lost my download link. Can you resend it?
Yes. Use our contact form with the email address you used at checkout. We'll send you a fresh link within 24 hours.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any La Mammo email. You'll be removed immediately. We use MailerLite to send our updates, and they handle the unsubscribe automatically. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
